If the customer needs design services, we also have designers who can give customers advice.

1. Make samples according to the requirements of the customer. Some products need to be molded, and the mold opening fee needs to be borne by the customer. (If the number of orders reaches a certain number, we can return the corresponding mold fee)

2. After both parties determine the drawings, sign a contract and pay a deposit. The production time starts from the completion of the custom mold.

3. The product delivery period generally does not exceed 45 days (excluding the mold opening time)

4. After the product is manufactured, the customer is required to pay the balance

5. Arrange delivery after receiving the balance

6. Within the warranty period of 1 year, due to quality problems of the product itself, we can assist customers in handling.
